The Radlok trolley management system is a device designed and manufactured in the U.K. to reduce trolley theft and has measured success rates in excess of 90% to its credit.  The method of operation is simple - each trolley is fitted with two Radlok automatic break foot devices. This break foot will automatically lock if the trolley is taken beyond an area, which has been fitted with a Radpave magnetic strip and is clearly marked with signage to define the borders. This simple passive magnetic strip is usually fitted into the concrete at the car park exit or where ever you are experiencing trolley loss problems. If the trolley is taken beyond the magnetic strip the trolley will lock and remain inoperative until reset by a special key - which the trolley collectors carry at all times.
